  • How Does Purchasing Programs Work?
    To purchase a program, you simply need to select the one you want. Once purchased, you will be directed to the confirmation page where you can instantly download it. You will also be sent an email with a downloadable link containing the purchased program. It's recommended that you download it ASAP because the link will expire after 30 days!
  • How does your Online Coaching compare to In Person Training?
    While online coaching provides flexibility and convenience, in person training at The BSMT offers a hands on experience with direct supervision and access to essential equipment. Both options are effective for achieving your health and fitness goals.
